Job Overview
The Director of Sales (DOS) is responsible for overseeing the sales for both our O Site Events and Gourmet-to-Go lines of business. The DOSmanages the Event Planners and Gourmet-to-Go Sales Reps. The main goal of the DOS is to ensure each line of business reaches it’s sales goals, while ensuring the quality and pro tability of the events.

Sales Management
● Ensure E ective Communication Between Sales and All Other Departments
● Manage and Lead the Sales Team in Achieving Individual and CompanyWide Goals
● Establish, Nurture, Develop and Enhance all Client Relationships
● Assist in Securing New Leads and Developing Business for Sales Team
● Ensure Proper Follow Up with Clients Before and After Events
● Grow Sales by Ensuring Inquiries and Leads are Responded to in an Enthusiastic and Timely Manner
● Manage the Day to Day Responsibilities of all TeamMembers
● Ensure Comprehensive Files are Maintained for Client Management
● Manage Event Production to Include Proposal Writing, Menu Development,
● Equipment and Logistics, Floor Plans, and Catering Software System Data Management
● Ensure that the highest level of customer service is being provided EVERYDAY

Sales Leadership
● Develop Sales Plans and Strategies to Support Company Goals and Objectives
● Develop Prospecting and New Business Development Strategies
● Hire, Coach, Mentor and Train All TeamMembers
● Model behavior to establish a positive work environment.
● Write sta schedules and approve sta payroll in ADP
● Do annual performance evaluations and make recommendations to management for promotions/raises

Marketing
● Work Collaboratively withMarketing to Drive Business Growth and Establish Social

Media Presence
● Develop Short and Long Range Plans that Support the Brand and the Product
● Network by Joining Associations and becoming Involved in the Business and Neighborhood Communities

Operations
● Attend Events as Required and Needed
● Work Collaboratively with Service and Operations Teams to ensure we are providing the Highest Level of

Customer Service and Developing a Culture of No Clients Should Be a One Time Client
● Work Collaboratively with Culinary Team in the Development of Quality, Creativity and Timely

Presentations of Food for Tastings, Client Gifts and Proposals

Financial
● Work with Leadership Team to Create Sales Revenue Plans and Goals
● Drive Pro tability
● Develop Reporting Structure for Sales, Pro tability, Budgets in Conjunction with CFO/Accounting
● Manage Individual Sales Expense Budgets
● Track Commission for each Event Planners
● Partner with Accounting Department to Ensure Compilation of Accurate Final Billing and Collection of

Account Receivables
● PerformOther Relevant Duties as Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
